Kitchen Consultant / Opening Lead

Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn · Paid consulting/opening engagement

Help shape the food program, build practical kitchen systems, and lead us through opening. There’s room to bring your own ideas and the possibility of an ongoing kitchen leadership role.

$40–$60/hour, depending on experience. We’re open to a higher rate for substantial restaurant-opening or kitchen-development experience.
